90 minute session to transform your innovative solution into a marketable product that you can sell in the marketplace. By the end of the session, you will have a package design you can use to begin selling your product.

90 minute session to develop fundraising strategy; donor communication, engagement and relationships.

90 minute session to identify program goals; objectives; targeted outcomes; and design a data collection and reporting system that proves impact and satisfies grant and contract application requirements.

90 minute session to assess your program’s grant readiness. The assessment will include: evaluation of the organization’s history; the community’s need for the program; the program’s impact; and the business’s financial stability.

150 minute session to review, edit and critique a current grant proposal.

½ day tailored group training or strategy facilitation for your advisory board or board of directors at your desired location.

Form a corporation with speed, value and ease. Documents filed with the state forming your corporation; personalized bylaws and resolutions defining who owns and manages the company.

Create or review articles of incorporation; create or review bylaws; and obtain required tax identification number. Finally, after preparing Form 1023, including all narratives, budget, projections, schedules, and additional notes, we’ll continue working on your behalf – including follow-up correspondence with the IRS – until you have received your successful letter of determination.
