InDEAFinIT is a group of deaf individuals and hearing interpreters collaborating on a historical event. We believe that equality and professionalism are crucial. We are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Blind, and Interpreters of ALL races, genders, nationalities, and religions. We are on a Mission, not in Competition, to provide resources and to educate in order to help elevate the playing field of life for recipients of our services.
Our mission is to represent deaf and hard of hearing POC Excellence via workshops, entertainment, open mic, and awards ceremony. We will honor those that paved the way – the ground-shakers, risk takers, rule breakers, dancers, musicians, actors, and many others that you may have seen on social media and/or other events. Aspiring to spotlight innovators and show respect to a community and culture that is thriving and deserving to be recognized.
InDEAFinIT is thrilled to host an annual Awards Ceremony to introduce and honor the international community of Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals who are creating, moving, and making a lasting imprint in today’s social fabric.

InDEAFinIT Awards Selection
InDEAFinIT randomly adds new categories on our social media outlets. Viewers then cast their votes on our website for their favorite musician, artist, comedian, influencer and more. The votes are tallied and recorded. Viewers can watch the polls as they reflect LIVE answers for each category up until a month prior to the Awards Ceremony. The winners’ envelopes are sealed by an outside company and delivered on the night of the awards.
